This Privacy Policy describes how iDiUtils (Contact: contacto@idiutils.com) processes information when you use our free online tools. Your privacy and data transparency are our top priorities.

1. Tool Data Processing

Depending on the technical nature of each utility, data processing falls into the following categories:

Client-Side Tools (In-Browser): Text utilities, password generators, formatters, and standard calculators process all data entirely within your web browser. No entered data is transmitted to our servers.
Server-Side Tools: Certain complex utilities (such as advanced font/file converters and optimizers) temporarily transmit necessary input to our server solely to execute the requested operation. Data is processed ephemerally in memory, and generated temporary files are securely deleted after download or via automated periodic cleanup routines. We do not inspect or persistently store uploaded files.
URL Analyzers & Inspectors: Diagnostic tools make technical HTTP requests exclusively to the public destinations and resources indicated by the user to retrieve analysis data.

Data processed through our tools is used strictly to fulfill the requested operation and is never used to create proprietary commercial or advertising profiles.

2. Security, Abuse Prevention & Rate Limiting

To protect our infrastructure against Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, automated abuse, and to ensure service availability for all users, we operate an automated rate-limiting mechanism:

Data Processed: Visitor IP address.
Purpose: Technical security, request rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
Retention Period: Technical rate-limiting records are stored temporarily. The system is configured to automatically purge records older than 24 hours via its periodic cleanup routines.
Usage: Strictly technical and security-related; never associated with user identities or shared with third parties.

3. Web Analytics & First-Party Cookies (Matomo)

This website uses a self-hosted instance of Matomo Analytics on servers located within the European Union to collect aggregated, anonymous traffic and performance metrics.

Cookies Used: _pk_id (duration: 13 months) and _pk_ses (duration: 30 minutes).
Purpose: Aggregated audience measurement and technical service optimization.
Consent Management: These cookies are not loaded or executed until you explicitly click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You may revoke or modify your analytics consent at any time using the settings button at the bottom of this page or the cookie settings panel.

4. Advertising & Consent (Google AdSense, Adsterra & Ad Networks)

When advertising is enabled on the platform, iDiUtils may utilize Adsterra, Google AdSense, or partner ad networks. In such cases:

Google AdSense: Google and certified ad technology vendors may use cookies, ad identifiers, and local storage for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization based on granted consent. For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, advertising purposes and vendor selections are managed independently via a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) integrated with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) standard (Google Privacy & Messaging).
Advertising — Adsterra: Adsterra is a third-party advertising vendor providing creatives in standard display formats (horizontal banner and square). Its tags may utilize technical cookies, device identifiers, and similar storage technologies for ad delivery, impression measurement, and invalid traffic/fraud prevention. These advertising tags are not loaded or executed in the browser until the visitor explicitly grants consent in the Advertising category. Users may modify or revoke this consent at any time through the cookie settings or this policy.
Third-party ad vendors may transfer and process data outside the EEA pursuant to applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards.
